  • Production of a manual for the sales & marketin force (with price list, competitive bench-mark, behaviour regulations, internal procedures, ....etc.) for an Italian company in the high end ceramic business based in Fiorano Modenese (MO), manufacturing technoceramic big size slabs (3000x1000 with 3mm thickness) and several formats, designed and produced for the Italian and International market.
  • Performed a seminar for a Vietnamese company with relevant course finalized to the opening of the company to the sales to International markets. The Vietnamese company operates in the bulding business. The course had a duration of 1 month and was held by I-deal in Hanoi to the company management (17 individuals) in English with translation into Vietnamese.
  • For a Qatar company we searched for the supplier and helped in the supply process of ceramic tiles decorated with "digital transfer" technique to be delivered in Doha for a famous Asian sports event in 2006.
  • Research for an Italian company operating in the eco-architecture which was in need of Japanese so called rice paper to be used in the production of furniture and lighting. We contacted the European importer of the material (the Italian company could not guarantee the quantities to justify direct importation from Japan) and guaranteed the supply to the Italian company.
  • Researched suppliers and specific materials (marble composite surfaces) for Kuwait company and for an American company: the task carried out by I-deal for these companies was the research of the materials and the establishment of the direct contact supplier-client.
  • Research for an Arab company for legal consultation and assistance for the possible purchase of an Italian company. Carried out meetings between the parties with the presence of I-deal.
